5 Benefits of Ceramic Coating for your vehicle
1. Absolutely the Best Car Paint Protection out there.
Ceramic coating basically provides your vehicle with a strong protective surface on your vehicles car paint which blocks debris and prevents them from causing major damage to your vehicles car paint.
Everyday you drive your car it goes through a variety of attacks to the body which include mud, dirt and other contaminants that are unavoidable on the road.
This ceramic coating ensures that the original car coat is protected with a nano protective layer that can endure a great deal of damage without showing the harsh effects to the body of your vehicle.
2. Ceramic Coatings last for years.
Ceramic coating is fused to the surface of your vehicle and will not dislodge by vibrations or external force. Whereas other forms of coating such as wax wear off over time when exposed to the harsh weather conditions and atmosphere. This ceramic coating last for years!
3. Car Stays Much Cleaner
When your vehicle has a lot of pitted surfaces then that makes the dirt cling and stick to those tiny pockets. There is a reason it’s called nano-coating because it works at a molecular level to seal those micro pitted surfaces to ensure that debris and dirt can’t cling to your vehicle. When you seal these tiny pits the dirt and debris can’t find a place to stick and simply rolls off of your vehicles surface. Most of these harsh conditions your vehicle goes through on a daily basis are protected and sealed.
4. Never Wax For Years
Before this supreme technology vehicles would have to get waxed to get a protective coating on your vehicle and you would need to repeat this process weekly / monthly just to keep your car paint sealed which of course can become very time consuming. With today’s technology such as ceramic coating you will never have to wax your vehicle for years saving you so much time and money.
5. Cost Effective
When you first see the price of ceramic coating you would think that it’s very expensive but let’s take another look. Since wax can only last about 1 to 3 months it will need to be waxed quarterly. That means you will be spending roughly $200 four times per year for a good wash and wax. Just that alone will run you $800 per year. In a time frame of five years you would spend roughly $4,000 for waxing your vehicle quarterly. So basically if you wanted to protect your car by waxing quarterly per year you would be wasting time and money.
Bonus Benefit – It Looks Cool!
Not only will ceramic coating protect your vehicles paint surface but it will also provide a shiny sleek look that will make sure your gloss shines for a long time.

The White House said Friday President Donald Trump intends to nominate Heidi King, an auto safety official, to head up the NHTSA. King’s nomination comes at a contentious time for the agency that oversees fuel-efficiency and car-safety rules.
Since September, King has served as deputy administrator.
MORE: Automakers fight EPA but tout green cars
King will face a Senate confirmation before she can assume the position and will likely be grilled over the government’s plan to rework Obama-era fuel-economy targets and about why the NHTSA has been so slow to put congressional regulations into place.
This week, EPA chief Scott Pruitt said the fuel-economy rules jointly put into place by his agency and the NHTSA are “not appropriate and should be revised.”
Pruitt has signaled his intent to either dismantle those rules or to rework them into less aggressive targets.
King told a Senate panel in March that the NHTSA expects to propose fuel economy standards this month for a five-year period and is working “to make sure that the federal family is aligned in the path forward.”
The NHTSA is also deep into an investigation with the NTSB and Arizona authorities over a fatal crash last month involving a self-driving Uber test car and a pedestrian in suburban Phoenix.

The 2019 Acura RDX just might have what it takes to become the best vehicle in the Acura showroom, aside from the swoopy NSX.
With chiseled lines, turbocharged power, available all-wheel drive with torque vectoring, and a high-tech yet luxurious interior, the compact crossover RDX is a better way to bring buyers from German brands to Honda’s luxury brand, NSX or not.
The 2019 Acura RDX adopts a new design that sits lower and wider than the outgoing model. Up front, the five-pointed grille that first appeared on the Acura Precision Concept and has since spread throughout the lineup rests between LED headlights and stylized air intakes. Front air curtains direct air around the sides of the vehicle. The profile features chiseled character lines–including one that rises from front to rear–a floating rear pillar, and splashes of chrome that Acura replaces with black trim on the sportier A-Spec model. The A-Spec also gets larger wheels.

Inside the look mixes traditional luxury with the latest technology. Materials take a jump up, with open pore olive ash wood, brushed aluminum, stainless steel, synthetic suede, and Milano leather. Acura offers next-generation sport seats with high-strength steel frames, 16-way power adjustments, and improved lateral stability. In the A-Spec model, buyers can choose two-tone black and red upholstery.
The traditional luxury materials stand in contrast to an Integrated Dynamics Control system lifted from the NSX, as well as the new True Touchpad Interface. This infotainment controller uses a center console-mounted touchpad to choose the functions on the high-mounted 10.2-inch screen. It employs absolute positioning, which maps positions on the touchpad to corresponding positions on the screen. Users can simply press down to choose commands.
The 2019 RDX rides on a new platform exclusive to Acura. The wheelbase stretches 2.6 inches longer, which improves rear cargo space by 3.4 cubic feet and adds an additional 1.7 cubic feet under the floor. The platform employs more than 50 percent high-strength steel and it uses ultra-high-strength steel in the door frames to improve structural rigidity. The suspension employs front MacPherson struts, a five-link independent rear design, and available adaptive dampers.
Acura calls the 2019 RDX its sportiest compact crossover yet: the available all-wheel-drive system can route 70 percent of the torque to the rear, and 100 percent of that power to the outside wheel in a turn to improve handling even more.
Under the hood, the RDX swaps its 3.5-liter V-6 for a 2.0-liter turbo-4 that produces 272 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque. A version of the engine from the Honda Civic Type R, this dual-overhead-cam engine has 40 percent more low-rpm torque, according to Acura. The lone transmission, a new 10-speed automatic, has a 62 percent wider gear-ratio spread than the outgoing 6-speed.
Standard features of the 2019 Acura RDX include the 10.2-inch center screen, Apple CarPlay, keyless ignition, the AcuraLink suite of Connected Services with in-car Wi-Fi enabled by 4G LTE connectivity, 12-way heated front sport seats, a panoramic sunroof, a power height-adjustable tailgate, LED headlights, and 19-inch alloy wheels.
The A-Spec model gets 20-inch wheels, gloss black accents, and the optional two-tone red and black interior.
Buyers can also choose a head-up display, 16-way seats, and a 16-channel 710-watt ELS 3D audio system.
On the safety front, the RDX comes standard with forward collision warnings with automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warnings, adaptive cruise control, and active lane control.
The 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback has had its passport stamped more than a few times. Debuting next week at the 2018 New York auto show, the 2019 Corolla Hatchback that Toyota previewed Friday is decidedly international.
The new Corolla Hatchback replaces the Corolla iM in Toyota’s lineup, and like its predecessor, its first passport stamp occurred in Europe. There, the hatchback is known as the Toyota Auris, and it’s similarly new. That’s important because it helps explain the new five-door’s pert dimensions—just 172 inches from bumper to bumper—and its continental styling. The Corolla Hatchback’s lines are edgier and more angular than the Corolla sedan with which it’ll share showroom space. Up front, standard LED headlights on both SE and XSE trim levels give it a beak-like appearance. At the rear, its truncated tail repeats a similar, avian-esque style with a bulky spoiler taking up residence at the top of the hatchback.

The Corolla Hatchback’s interior is similarly Euro-styled, with a no-nonsense approach. An 8.0-inch touchscreen for infotainment takes up residence above the climate controls and includes standard Apple CarPlay (but no Android connectivity). The higher-spec Corolla Hatchback XSE also includes a 7.0-inch TFT in the instrument cluster and can be further upgraded with JBL-branded speakers.
Toyota makes cloth upholstery standard on the SE trim, while a mix of leather and fabric adorns the XSE trim’s seats. All trims feature a leather-wrapped steering wheel, automatic climate controls, keyless ignition, and USB ports. The XSE trim has heated front seats, power adjustment for the driver’s seat, and contrasting stitching on the doors and instrument panel.
Toyota says there is room for five in the Corolla Hatchback, but the automaker hasn’t released specifications for its cargo-hauling ability. It’s a few inches shorter than the five-door version of the Honda Civic, however.
Under its hood, the Corolla Hatchback features a 2.0-liter inline-4, but Toyota hasn’t specified horsepower or torque figures. Reaffirming its Euro-centric bonafides, it comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission. A continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) is optional on both trim levels, where it is fitted with paddle shifters to simulate 10 stepped gears.
The Corolla Hatchback features a fully independent suspension underneath, an upgrade over the torsion-beam setup found in the Corolla sedan. Wheel sizes range from 16- to 18-inches.
Like most other Toyotas, the Corolla Hatchback features a high degree of collision-avoidance tech as standard—automatic emergency braking that can detect pedestrians and cyclists, adaptive cruise control, and active lane control, and automatic high-beam headlights.
The 2019 Corolla Hatchback will be built in Japan—another stamp in its passport—before going on sale in the U.S. this summer. Pricing won’t be announced until closer to the on-sale date, but it’s not likely to stray far from the 2018 Corolla iM’s roughly $19,500 base price.
